Ever heard the phrase "We are what we believe?"

Habit is the cornerstone to all change. It is a well known fact that one comes to believe whatever he repeats to oneself, whether the statement is true or false. If a man repeats a lie over and over, he will eventually accept it as truth. He will believe it to be the truth.

Think about it, if you say to yourself 10 times, I am tired, you will feel tired. Say that to yourself right now! I will wait for you. How do you feel right now? Tired?

Now, say lets shift our energy and beliefs to the opposite. Say to yourself 10 times, I am absolutely fantastic with a side of spectacular. I will again, wait for you. Now, how do you feel?

My point with this is to truly feel what it is to believe the words we speak to ourselves. Thoughts and habit are the keys to affecting any form of change we wish to embark upon. The thoughts we deliberately place in our mind and encourage with emotion (both negative or positive), becomes the force which directs and controls every movement act and decision.

Thoughts mixed with feeling and emotion create a magnetic force which attracts vibrations of other related thoughts. There is no more effort required to focus on abundance and prosperity than is required to accept misery and poverty. WE are our only limitations in our own minds! My favorite example of this is years ago, I was part of huge multi level marketing company. It was the week of Thanksgiving. No one told me that we did not engage in business with clients this particular week. I continued to grow my business and had phenomenal sales growth Thanksgiving week. I guess I did not receive the memo that no one really worked Thanksgiving week! I was a single mom with a hefty mortgage and two small boys that depended on me. Relaxing was not an option.

So, be aware of what you are feeding your mind and the words you are speaking! Words do have a life of their own, you just experienced the Power of words.
